The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions with Saho Therapy Group varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require longer-term therapy.

Saho Therapy Group provides counseling services for individuals teens to adults up to 86 years old.
The initial session is the intake, this is the time the clinician asks a series of questions ranging from problem, symptoms, childhood and goals. This is the time share your story, talk about your goals and what you would like to change.
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or you will need to pay for the appointment
